Paradise Pavers of SWFL started in 2005, but that’s not where owner Rob Mumford’s career began. Originally from NE Ohio, Rob started in the industry in 1988 working for another firm, but quickly moved on to owning his own design/build landscape firm in 1990 which quickly became one of the largest and most successful companies between Cleveland and Pittsburgh.

While in Ohio, Rob had won numerous landscape design/build awards and has been a past president of his local landscape association, been a board member of his local Home Builders Association, written articles and designed landscapes for Design Basics Magazine as well as owning a wholesale/retail garden center.

Due to an unfortunate family loss, Rob and his 2 sons relocated to SWFL in 2005. Rob has said, “having pavers in Florida is like having grass anywhere else in the country, they are everywhere!”

Rob believes that if your properly educated on the pavers your purchasing, local installation guidelines, project alternatives and options, and overall care and maintenance of your pavers you will be his best customer.

Rob has inspired and instilled that great “Northern work ethic” in his staff and is confident that you will be thrilled with your new project from design to completion.
